We do this by having sustainable, robust and effective performance and quality management systems which evaluates staff performance and allows us to strive and thrive at providing better care. 

Our safeguarding policies and procedures are at the forefront of our decision making process, to ensure we prevent neglect, abuse and harm. Thus our recruitment standards are stringent ensuring that the minimum requirement of Level 2 NVQ has been attained by our support staff, thus they are kept abreast on the importance of data protection, and compassion and dignity whilst performing their day to day tasks.
